How much is shipping?
Free shipping is available throughout Germany on orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs are €4.99. Different shipping rates apply outside of Germany. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You can check the status at any time in your Asphalta customer account or directly via DHL.
Can I personalize the products?
Yes! Depending on the product, we offer personalization options (e.g., custom text or designs). Please check the individual product page or contact us for special requests.
Can I return my order?
Since every product is custom-made for you, returns are only possible under the following conditions:
✅ Item is in perfect condition
✅ Original hangtags are attached and intact
❌ No personalized products
❌ No defective items (in case of defects, contact us directly via email with photos)
You can return your order within 14 days. Please note: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Once the goods have arrived at our facility, we will refund the purchase amount.
